Got to use up the residues of almond-milk making process.
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of (self-made) almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 cup of (self made) almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- pinch of salt
Fry thick small blobs in coconut oil. Don't know whether just adding liquids would make a batter useable for crepe-type pancakes, result may be too crumbly to hold together.
