Protein porridge

  • 1-1.5 scoops (30-50g) of jumbo oats into bowl
  • 200ml of non-fat milk into hand-shaker
  • 1 egg added to the milk
  • add 1.5 scoops of protein powder of choice
  • close properly, shake vigorously, pour onto oats
  • mix and microwave 2 min at 800W
  • mix again, put back in for 10-30 sec, depending on how dry/liquid the thing looks
  • add a handful (75-85g) of frozen blueberries
  • eat together from a bowl whilst sipping milk tea

That's how we do it, anyway ;) . A.k.a. this has been pretty much daily breakfast for the most of a year. Favourite tastes have ended up being: chocolate smooth, chocolate mint, raspberry, blueberry cheesecake. Others have gone through testing, as have some other frozen fruit, none have really topped this version.
